Shipping and Returns

All You Need To Know

Artwork is purchased as an unframed item, unless it is a ready-to-hang canvas - this will be clearly stated in the description. If in doubt, please get in contact

Order Processing & Delivery Expectations

After ordering and payment, we will dispatch the artwork within 5 days. 

You will receive your artwork 5-7 business days after processing for all deliveries in the UK and most Continental European destinations. It will be up to 14-21 business days after processing to certain countries outside Europe.

Tracking Your Order 

Your artwork will be sent ‘signed for delivery’ so it will be insured and can be tracked and traced to give you peace of mind. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is despatched. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please get in contact.

Returning Damaged Goods

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us by email at info@hdart.co.uk to inform us of your intent to return the artwork. Include a brief description of the reason for your return and include a digital photo of the artwork to show the damage. We will respond to your contact.

You must inform us of your intent to return your damaged artwork within 7 days of receipt of the artwork.

Before returning the artwork, email us with your order number and the shipping ID or item number. You must provide us with this information within 14 days of your receipt of the artwork. We will respond to confirm receipt of this information.

Package the artwork carefully in the packaging in which it was sent to you. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID and/or item number. 

Please be aware that you are responsible for returning the artwork. You are strongly encouraged to return your item via a trackable method. Once we have received the item, we will issue a refund for the artwork and a postage refund at the same rate it was posted to you.

Other Returns Within 14 Days

If your artwork arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the artwork.

We must receive the artwork in its original condition.

Other Returns After 14 Days

Exchange and Credit Note

If your artwork arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, you can return it after 14 days of receipt and receive a credit note for the price of the artwork. 

Please contact us by email at info@hdart.co.uk to inform us of your intent to return the artwork.

You must inform us of your intent to return your  artwork within 30 days of receipt of the artwork.

We must receive the artwork in its original condition. 

Package the artwork carefully in the packaging in which it was sent to you. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID and/or item number. 

Please be aware that you are responsible for returning the artwork. You are strongly encouraged to return your item via a trackable method. Once we have received the item back in its original condition and packaging we will issue a credit note for the artwork and a postage refund at the same rate it was posted to you.You can then choose another painting from the art store or use the credit note to wait for other paintings to appear in the art store.

Refund Payments

Refunds will be issued on our receipt of the artwork and will be by the same means of payment used for the initial purchase. Postage costs reimbursements will be paid at the same rate we sent the item at. We will issue your refund within 5 working days of our receipt of the artwork.
